Quest Mood operates this website to provide hotel information and receive enquiries. Use it lawfully and do not disrupt its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the form sends an enquiry to our hotel team. Your booking is confirmed when we provide a booking confirmation and you accept its terms. No payment is taken through the enquiry form.
Prices and cancellation
Website prices are a guide in NZD. Your quote sets out the total, taxes and selected inclusions. Room rates are per room, per night unless stated otherwise.
Payment, amendment and cancellation terms are provided for the booking you choose. Please review them before confirming.
Dining, events and services
Tell us about allergies, dietary needs, access requirements and event arrangements when making your enquiry. Event capacity depends on the room and layout. Third-party transport and tour services may have their own booking terms.
Casino hall
Casino gaming areas are for eligible adults aged 20 and over. Identification and entry requirements apply. A room booking does not replace those requirements. Private Access Suite prices cover accommodation only. See Host Responsibility for guidance.

The Quest Mood name, website and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. External websites have their own operators, terms and privacy practices.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law, including applicable consumer protections. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
